Angelica Beltran is a seasoned emergency communications professional with over 25 years of experience supporting Police Departments in the State of Texas and serving in multiple Emergency Communications Centers. She has also played a key role in the implementation of various communications centers. Her professional experience extends to multiple countries in South America and Mexico.

She has been an active NENA (National Emergency Number Association) member for 25 years and holds the CTO (Communications Training Officer) and CMCP (Communications Center Management Professional) credentials.

Her training includes programs from the Texas Department of Public Safety Law Enforcement Academy and the FEMA Emergency Management Institute. In addition, she is a certified CPR Instructor.
